Rail systems for glass partitions

Thanks to the balanced construction of rails and precision rollers, you can easily slide Multiwal mobile panel walls by hand. Thanks to decades of experience, Multiwal has developed several silent rail systems for its glass partitions. In addition to the three basic models, custom rails are available for special projects.

Two-point suspension, MR/MR-1 and MR-S rail

  • Each element is suspended from two rollers, allowing it to be slid via an auxiliary rail into any desired deflection to the parking position.
  • Any desired color is optional

Parking options

Below you will find eight common standard parking configurations. Naturally, Multiwal rail constructions offer a wide range of possibilities, allowing virtually any conceivable parking solution to be created. In addition to these standard parking configurations, Multiwal naturally offers every conceivable custom parking option, giving the architect the freedom to create any desired solution.

Suspension structure

Optionally, a suspension structure, with or without a sound barrier, can be installed between the ceiling and the building structure. Depending on the desired sound insulation, the sound barrier is constructed from sound-insulating materials such as Sonorex mineral wool or plasterboard. The bracket construction guarantees optimal height adjustment and consists of:

  • Steel box profiles 40 x 50 mm
  • Galvanized steel mounting plates
  • A bottom side with adjustable threaded rods
  • Sound-insulating materials, depending on the desired sound insulation
